Baton — from the ground up

Baton had an idea: to bring full transparency to complex SaaS implementations that require both vendor and client input.

The project started on a freelance basis, working with my mentor Matias Corea to lay the groundwork for turning the founders' concept into a functioning MVP. I was then brought on as Head of Product Design to expand Baton's feature offerings for go-to-market and beyond.
